How To Install SBS 2011 With A Bootable USB Drive

Props to Tim Barrett for doing this so I didn't have to!  ;)

Tim's post is spot on. Used it to success a couple of days ago.

The process to load the OS took about 1-1/2 hours though on a new Dell T410 box with RAID 10 15k SAS2 drives. It is what it is but longer than advertised.

A colleague suggested also using UNetbootin, a bootable drive creation tool that works by pointing to an .iso file. Plan to test this out with SBS 2011 this week.
